I’ve never been a cat person for as long as I can remember; but we recently ran into a 5 or so week old rescue whose mother must have perished and she was found mostly dead, herself. I think I’ve fallen in love – how can you get so much joy from an animal. Amanda says that I might be becoming human in my old age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyway, a few weeks ago, I was working on one of my doctoral papers, and she and I had a disagreement\u2014she wanted to lay on my laptop, I wanted to work on my paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, we compromised. She laid on my laptop, and I let her lay on my laptop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
